Course Cancellation

If klevoris cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students receive full refunds within 14 business days.

Early Withdrawal

Students who withdraw within the first 7 days of course commencement may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative fees.

Medical Circumstances

Documented medical situations preventing course completion may qualify for special consideration and potential refund arrangements.

Technical Issues

If significant technical problems prevent course access for more than 5 consecutive days, refund options become available.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available after completing more than 25% of course materials, for courses completed more than 30 days ago, or when academic misconduct has occurred. Workshop materials and certification fees are non-refundable once issued.
